Sounds like your a c heater box drain is clogged easy fix just stick a hanger in hole to clear you will see water run out now for the blower it a blower motor risistor this controls the speeds and goes bad alot common problem. Air is then blown over the heater core by the blower motor when the heater is on to heat the passenger compartment. The cooling system is highly pressurized so even a small leak can force the antifreeze to come out.
